LARAbEL
Born and raised in the remote region of Gweedore, in Co. Donegal, Ireland, LARAbEL is a singer-songwriter who, at the age of 18, moved to Dublin to pursue a music career, and has since graduated from BIMM Dublin with a Degree in Songwriting. LARAbEL began busking on Grafton Street in 2020, and has gone on to perform at Glastonbury, Electric Picnic, and the 3Olympia Theatre, as well as selling out her first headline show in Whelan’s in 2024, and headlining Moya Brennan’s own musical night, Clubeo in Leo’s Tavern. She has also supported various acts such as David Keenan, Glasshouse, and Róisín O.
Squiggle is the debut EP from LARAbEL, due for release in August 2025, and single releases from this EP have already solidified her as a standout new voice in the Irish indie scene. Known for her unique voice and accomplished songwriting abilities, she continues to build a world that feels both deeply personal and universally relatable.
